Commercial window cleaning in short

Tactical Height Solutions cleans windows and glass on offices, shopfronts, showrooms and commercial buildings across Sydney. Low-level glass is cleaned from the ground; upper floors and glass that cannot be reached safely from the ground are cleaned by IRATA-certified rope access technicians, without a swing stage or boom lift. Cleans can be one-off or scheduled monthly, quarterly or twice a year, before or after trading hours, with a fixed price per clean.

Updated October 2026 by Naldo Neto, IRATA Level 3 and licensed painter.

Clean glass is the first thing customers and tenants notice about a building, and the first thing they notice when it is neglected. We clean windows, frames, glass doors, shopfronts, balustrades and skylights on offices, retail and commercial buildings across Sydney.

Ground-level and low-rise glass is cleaned from the ground. Where glass is above safe ladder height, over awnings or on the upper floors of a tower, our IRATA rope access technicians clean it from the roof down, with no swing stage or boom lift blocking your entrance.

Most clients book a regular program: shopfronts monthly, office windows quarterly or twice a year, and a full external clean before a lease renewal, an inspection or an event. Signage, awnings and façade panels can be cleaned on the same visit.

Questions about commercial window cleaning

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?

Shopfronts usually need cleaning every few weeks to look their best. Office and upper-floor windows are typically cleaned every three to six months, more often near busy roads or the coast.

Can you clean before we open?

Yes. Early morning, after-hours and weekend cleans can be arranged so customers and staff are not disrupted.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?

We can clean internal glass on the same visit where we have access. Mention it when you ask for a quote and we will price it in.

Why use rope access for upper floors?

Rope access reaches high glass without a swing stage, boom lift or road closure. It is quick to set up and leaves your entrance and footpath clear.
