Dirt, mould and pollution make a building look older than it is, and they shorten the life of the paint underneath. A proper façade wash every couple of years keeps a building looking well kept and extends the time between repaints.

Every one to three years is typical, depending on the location, exposure and colour. Coastal and tree-shaded buildings usually need it more often.
Will pressure cleaning damage render or paint?
