Privacy policy
How we handle the details you send us.
Last updated October 2026
Tactical Height Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 60 647 872 973) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the building's suburb or address, and information or photos about the job. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, inspect the building, prepare and follow up a quote, carry out and document the work, and keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else sees it
Quote requests from this website are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit, a form-handling service. We share job details with suppliers or subcontractors only where needed to do your work, or where the law requires it.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and how many people tap our call, text and quote buttons. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. We never send your name, phone number, email address or the content of your enquiry to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Storage and security
We keep your information in our email and business systems, protected by passwords, and only for as long as we need it for the job and our legal record-keeping.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@tacticalheightsolutions.com or calling 0478 152 630. If you are not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
