Commercial painting in short
Tactical Height Solutions paints offices, shops, showrooms, medical suites and commercial buildings across Sydney, inside and outside. Licensed painters (NSW licence 478674C) work after hours and at weekends to keep businesses trading, from the ground, ladders and mobile scaffold, and IRATA-certified rope access technicians repaint high façades without scaffold. Quotes are fixed-price, with insurance certificates and a SWMS attached.

Commercial painting has to fit around the business. Tenants need to keep working, shops need to keep trading, and nobody should walk through wet paint or smell it the next morning.
We paint office interiors and fit-outs, shopfronts, showrooms, medical suites and the outside of commercial buildings. Interior work is programmed after hours, at weekends or floor by floor, with low-odour paints and full protection of floors, furniture and equipment.
Outside, low-level walls and shopfronts are painted from the ground and ladders. Upper levels and high façades are painted on rope, with a small exclusion zone instead of scaffold across your entrance.

Questions about commercial painting
Can you paint while our business is open?
Yes. We work after hours, at weekends or in sections, and use low-odour paints so areas can be used the next day.
Do you paint shopfronts and awnings?
Yes. Shopfronts, awnings, columns and fascia panels are common jobs, and high fascias can be painted on rope.
Do you need scaffold for the upper floors?
Usually not. Our painters are rope access technicians, so upper levels and high façades can be painted from ropes rigged on the roof.
Do you supply SWMS and insurance documents?
Yes. Every quote comes with our insurance certificates and a site-specific SWMS, and our crew complete your site inductions.
