The last weeks of a build are when the glass and façade get dirtiest: render and paint overspray, concrete slurry, sealant smears, stickers, protective film and dust on every frame. Once the scaffold is down, the outside of the building is out of reach for a normal cleaning crew.
We clean new and refurbished buildings from the rope, elevation by elevation: glass, frames, balustrades, spandrel panels and cladding, with residue removed using methods matched to each surface so glass is not scratched and coatings are not damaged. Inside, we can carry out builders cleans of units, lobbies and common areas so the whole building is ready for inspection.
We work to your program and site rules, coordinate with other trades and photograph each elevation, so you have a record for handover and the defects period.

When should the external clean be booked?
After the scaffold is removed and the external trades have finished, usually in the last few weeks before handover. Booking early lets us fit your program.
Can you remove paint and render overspray from glass?
Yes. We test a small area first and use the gentlest method that works for the glass type and coating.
Do you also clean inside the units?
Yes. Builders cleans of units, lobbies and common areas can be included. Tell us the number of units and the finish expected.
